Join local singer songwriter Lee Maddison in the intimate event at Poppies Cafe.  As well as performing songs from his two critically acclaimed albums Lee will be chatting about what inspires his writing and his song writing process. A fun creative writing workshop with Bob Beagrie exploring the Heugh Gun Battery and its exhibits. Bob will lead a number of guided activities to help participants produce poems, riddles, songs and miniature stories in response to the setting and various objects on display. Bob is a prize-winning published poet and a senior lecturer in Creative Writing at Teesside University.   £2.00 pp. Suitable for age 6+
